Can Babi is an old finca which has been renovated and is fully equipped.
The finca has magnificent views of the old town and the marina and Talamanca.
Upon entering a beautiful entrance with direct access to an office, a spacious living room with sitting area and TV corner and a separate fully equipped kitchen. From here access to the large terrace with swimming pool of 12 x 6 , indoor seating and barbecue (Weber).
On the same floor are three bedrooms:
The first with double bed, fireplace and separate bathroom with shower located downstairs. From the bathroom access to the garden.
Other two bedrooms are accessible both inside and outside. Living room with sitting area, TV and dining table for 4 persons. One bedroom with double bed and TV and private bathroom with shower. Second bedroom with separate beds (no air conditioning)
On the first floor master bedroom with fifth bedroom. The last one with two single beds and bathroom with shower.
The master bedroom has a double bed with TV and private bathroom with shower and bath. Great views from the covered terrace.
