In the basement, there is a Studio with a sofa bed of 135 cm, TV, toilet and shower, perfect for service/ personnel, or if desired, as an area of relax or rest, perhaps after having been at the gym in the same basement, or even enjoying beautiful walks by the surroundings with mountain bikes, that we also provide .
Kitchen area is a spacious area, modern and comfortable so that you can spoil your family,as it’s fully equipped with appliances that will facilitate much work on it, having a pantry where you find a washing machine and a dryer.
In the open space of the kitchen you will find the dining area, which at the same time leads to a terrace overlooking the countryside , this eatery is coupled with the living area, equipped with spacious reclining leather sofas, TV of 42 “, satellite, DVD, CD Radio, and wireless Wi-Fi zone. In the same room there is a mezzanine perfect for reading or enjoying the wonderful views.

The outdoor garden offers a fabulous and large pool with waterfall and hydromassage area, even combined with a smaller pool for children. You can also enjoy one barbecue, another covered terrace with curtainsider, hammocks, outdoor shower, etc.
On the private territory of 20,000 square meters, you can enjoy traditional and tasty fresh figs from the island, or if you wish, enjoy a wonderful walk to the cliff, through the cool forests of the same property.
